A warm welcome awaits you at the Annexe at Southgate Barn in the picturesque Norfolk village of Snettisham, previously voted Norfolk's friendliest village. Snettisham is situated just 2 miles from its own beach and local RSPB nature reserve. The village enjoys the award-winning gastro-pub 'The Rose & Crown' and award-winning cafe 'The Old Store', along with a bistro and a good range of local shops and amenities.
The Annexe is located in the heart of Snettisham, is close to all the village amenities, is accessed by its own gravel driveway and has a private garden with sun patio. The modern annexe has gas central heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge area with flat screen TV and ground floor shower room with Bristan power shower. The ground floor double bedroom and upstairs twin bedroom are finished with blackout blinds and Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure a comfortable night's rest.

The Accomodation
at Southgate Barn Annexe
Our modern property is great for a peaceful break in a superb location. The annexe is accessed by its own gravel driveway and has a private garden with a sun patio for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.
Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a variety of appliances to suit all your needs. Unwind in the lounge area after a day on the beach. Facilities include a flat-screen TV with Freeview & DVD player. On the ground floor is a shower room with a Bristan power shower.
The ground floor double bedroom and upstairs twin bedroom are finished with blackout blinds and Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure a comfortable night's rest.
Outside there is a secure outbuilding for bikes & golf clubs.
